Product Principle

The Vortex Trichome Separator system utilizes a dual vortex mode, where cold water gently removes hardened trichomes from the stalk, ultimately resulting in a cleaner, solvent-free Hach product. In this case, water is not used as a solvent, but as a separation mechanism. With the right amount of agitation, these trichomes are physically removed from the plant.
 
Bottom-driven paddles, combined with the uniquely shaped wash basin, create cross-flow and powerful agitation for maximum separation of the resin head from the plant surface without contamination by plant particles.
 
The trichomes are then left in the water as suspended undissolved solids, and once this water and trichome slurry mixture is separated from the remaining biomass itself, the trichomes are easily filtered, separated, collected, and dried for use in High-quality hash product.
